Background: The identification of modifiable risk factors for intracranial glioma remains a significant challenge. While lifestyle factors and metabolic syndrome are well-established risk factors for various other cancers, their association with glioma risk remains unclear.
Objectives: This study aims to conduct a comprehensive analysis of lifestyle factors and metabolic factors in relation to glioma risk.
Purpose: To quantify T relaxation in the brain at 3 T and 7 T to study its field dependence and correlation with iron content, and to investigate whether iron can be separated from other sources of T relaxation based on this field dependence.
Methods: Nine subjects were scanned at both field strengths with the same acquisition technique, which used multiple gradient-echo sampling of a spin echo. This allowed for separation of T relaxation from static dephasing by B field inhomogeneities and the effects of radiofrequency refocusing imperfections.
Leading humanitarian organisations strive to enhance the sustainability of their aid to avoid negative impacts on the environment, economy, and society, particularly in low-resource areas. This study explores how the circularity and sustainability of emergency hospital shelters can be assessed using literature, expert interviews, co-creation and design sessions, and pilot testing. The approach combines a qualitative circularity checklist with a quantitative environmental impact assessment, providing valuable input for informed decision-making during procurement and design.

Methods: In this multicenter, randomized, triple-blind, placebo-controlled trial, patients aged 18-65 with moderate to severe chronic low back pain and Modic changes type 1 were enrolled from five Norwegian public hospitals between January 2019 and October 2022.
Background: There is a lack of up-to-date information on the prevalence and burden of headache in Norway. Here we describe the methods and validation of the diagnostic tool of the PopHEAD study, a study designed to determine the prevalence and burden of migraine, tension-type headache, and medication-overuse headache.
Method: PopHEAD is a Norwegian population-based cross-sectional study conducted in Vestfold and Telemark County in 2023.
