Among the adverse effects, impaction of the Dormia basket when removing the stones is an unusual complication.
Case Presentation: Two cases of choledocholithiasis with endoscopic treatment by ERCP and Dormia basket impaction, resolved by a laparoscopic approach to the bile duct.
