DNA barcoding based on COI sequences has been highly informative for the taxonomic assessment of many fish species due to its high rate of species identification. Accordingly, numerous studies have employed this method to encompass species checklists of different areas, assessment of cryptic diversity, biodiversity monitoring, and other applications. Furthermore, most of the success of COI DNA barcoding relies on a comprehensive database (BOLD Systems) that holds sequences and detailed records of millions of species and applies a system (BIN) that clusters short DNA barcodes to generate OTUs.

Methods: To investigate the potential of microbial action to accelerate the reduction and oxidation of iron in substrates rich in hematite and goethite, four different microbial treatments (water only as a control - W; culture medium only - MO; medium + microbial consortium - MI; medium + microbial consortium + soluble iron - MIC) were periodically applied to induce iron dissolution and subsequent precipitation. Except for W, all the treatments resulted in the formation of biocemented blocks.

Method: This is applied research of technological development developed in three steps: elaboration of diagnoses/outcomes and interventions statements following the International Classification for Nursing Practice; assessment of diagnosis/outcome relevance; organization of diagnosis/outcome and interventions statements according to health needs described in TIPESC.
Results: A total of 185 diagnoses were prepared, of which 124 (67%) were constant in the classification, and 61 had no correspondence.
