Intussusception in adults has low incidence. It can be seen at different locations and within less frequent ileosigmoid is. The etiology is diverse, being more frequent causes malignant when it occurs in the colon into adulthood.

She developed significant abdominal pain at 72 h, with hypovolemic shock and peritoneal irritation. She was taken to the surgery, finding a grade III liver laceration.
