Authors are presenting the case of patient admitted to hospital primary with diagnosis of non-high risk pulmonary embolism 6 weeks after delivery, who developed episode of sudden cardiac death followed by symptoms of cardiogenic shock. Peripartum cardiomyopathy was additionally diagnosed.
