Minimal invasive medial patellofemoral ligament reconstruction using quadriceps tendon with de novo technique and arthroscopic guided: A case report.

Introduction: Medial Patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) reconstruction, the primary procedure for restoring patellar stability and preventing further dislocation, has seen numerous methods and grafts. However, a consensus on the technique and graft remains elusive. This study introduces a novel approach to MPFL reconstruction, utilizing a unique combination of minimal invasiveness, de novo method, and arthroscopic guidance to harvest a quadriceps tendon (QT) graft without the need for a harvesting tool.

Sacrum morphometry and spinopelvic parameters among the Indonesian population using computed tomography scans.

This is a cross-sectional study. This study aims to describe the characteristics of sacrum vertebrae and spinopelvic parameters among the Indonesian population and compare them with studies from other populations. This study also intends to determine the sexual dimorphism of sacrum vertebrae and find the correlations between spinopelvic parameters.

Surgical management of splenic abscess complicated by pleural effusion in rural setting: A case report from rural Indonesia.

Introduction And Importance: Splenic abscess is a potentially life-threatening disease. Antibiotics along with surgery are the gold standard therapy. We present a case of splenic-salvaged surgical management of a large splenic abscess in a rural setting, complying with the available resources.
