Background: Approval of Locametz and Illuccix kits for the manufacture of [Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 (gallium Ga68 gozetotide), a PET imaging agent for prostate cancer, as well as the corresponding therapeutic ([Lu]Lu-PSMA-617 Pluvicto), has led to a rapid increase in demand for [Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 PET imaging. Radiopharmaceutical manufacturers, using Ge/Ga generators, may decide to adopt Locametz and/or Illuccix kits, which requires a comparison to select the most suitable kit for day-to-day use. The objective of this article is to compare both kits and provide guidance for selecting one for routine use, as well as evaluate labeling consistency of both kits during routine production.

Cyclotron production addresses the need for access to gallium-68 and has been validated for use with commercially produced sterile kits. For novel research tracers undergoing translational studies (IND or RDRC), developing and purchasing sterile kits is time- and cost-prohibitive.

Building on our efforts to produce Ga in a liquid target on a GE PETtrace, the goal of this work is to modify the current GE Gallium Chloride cassette using the FASTLab 2 synthesis module to produce [Ga]GaCl equivalent to a 1.85 GBq generator and demonstrate compatibility with FDA-approved kits for production of Ga-labeled radiopharmaceuticals.

Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted from July to August 2022 in three Chinese ethno-specific aged care organisations in Australia. We applied a univariate analysis to test variables associated with carers' needs and preferences when embedding the iSupport for Dementia program into routine practice among community aged care services.
: The Malaysian government reacted to the pandemic's economic effect with the Prihatin Rakyat Economic Stimulus Package (ESP) to cushion the novel coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) impact on households. The ESP consists of cash assistance, utility discount, moratorium, Employee Provident Fund (EPF) cash withdrawals, credit guarantee scheme and wage subsidies. A survey carried out by the Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM) shows that households prefer different types of financial assistance.

With almost 4 million deaths worldwide from the COVID-19 pandemic, the efficient and accurate diagnosis and identification of COVID-19-related complications are more important than ever. Scales such as the pneumonia severity index, or CURB-65, help doctors determine who should be admitted to the hospital or the intensive care unit. To properly treat and manage admitted patients, standardized sampling protocols and methods are required for COVID-19 patients.

Omega-3 (n3) polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) have also shown benefit in preventing CVD. The combination could be an effective preventative measure in patients with such diseases.
