Angiosarcoma (AS) is a type of malignancy within sarcomas affecting soft tissue and bone. It presents a very heterogeneous distribution in the human body, and it can appear in multiple locations, from breast to liver or skin. The incidence of this type of tumor is low; however, it is aggressive and requires an early diagnosis to initiate the treatment as soon as possible.

Objectives: The development of new percutaneous and surgical techniques has reduced the risk associated with aortic valve replacement procedures. We present the results of a Spanish register after initiating a programme for sutureless prostheses in moderate-high-risk patients.
