Quadriceps tendon rupture - treatment results.

Introduction: Quadriceps tendon rupture is a rare but rather serious injury. If this injury is not promptly recognized and early operated, it may lead to disability. This research was aimed at pointing out the results and complications of the quadriceps tendon rupture surgical treatment.

Quadriceps tendon injuries.

Introduction: The aim of study was to analyze risk factors, mechanisms of injury, symptoms and time that elapsed from injury until operation of complete quadriceps tendon ruptures.

Material And Methods: This retrospective multicenter study included 30 patients operated for this injury, of whom 28 (93.3%) were men.
