We worked out the methodology of crystallization of the matrix on a rod, making it possible to manufacture specimens possessing strength and deformity characteristics superior to those of native vessels. Basic ways of improvement of the system of rehabilitation were organisational technologies of interaction during early and late stages of rehabilitation and persistent control of quality and effectiveness of rehabilitation. Optimization of organisation of late stage of hospitalisation allowed to reduce the average time of rehabilitation to 33,3% and at the same time to improve effectiveness of rehabilitation.

The results of 117 FEPO are outlined with special emphasis on 19 cases of postoperative complications. The conclusion is made that FEPO is most effective in erectile dysfunction by the presented criteria of the erectile dysfunction treatment efficacy.

In patients suffering from nonspecific aortoarteritis associated with impairment of the common carotid arteries, cerebral blood flow is compensated for at the expense of an increase of the volumetric blood flow in the vertebral arteries. During the first three years since the onset of the first disease symptoms, the blood content in the basin of the internal carotid arteries is reduced.
