Aim: Study species composition and factors of pathogenicity of staphylococci isolated from intestine biotope of children with HIV-infection.
Materials And Methods: 75 strains of staphylococci from HIV-positive and 45 strains from HIV-negatfive children were isolated and identified. Factors of specific adhesion, colonization potential, invasion factors and toxin-formation of staphylococci were studied.
Microflora of colon in 81 medical staff was researched. Microecological disturbances mostly were represented by dysbacteriosis of second degree. The composition of intestinal microorganisms correlated with duration of the work in hospital.

To study the pubescent characteristics of the prevalence of the arterial hypertension, the hyperglycemia, the hypercholesterolemia, the overweight and their combination the comprehensive examination of 4837 citizen of the City of Veliki Novgorod and Novgorod oblast aged from 20 to 87 years was organized. The analysis revealed in the examined territory the higher prevalence of hypertension and other studied risk factors and their combination are strongly related to the gender and the age of population. The prevalence of the obesity and the hyperglycemia, the combination of the overweight with the arterial hypertension and the hyperglycemia and the combination of the arterial hypertension with the hyperglycemia as well are significantly higher in the female subpopulation and in the elder population.

Material And Methods: Complex examination of Veliky Novgorod and Novgorod region 4837 residents (2081 men and 2756 women, age 20-87 years) comprised anthropometric measurements with calculation of the body mass index (Ketle index), measurements of blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, cholesterol levels, oral glucose tolerance test (GTT).
Results: Prevalence of overweight and obesity in males was 50.
The uniform distribution of satellite DNA II and IV has been revealed using in situ hybridization and differential staining in centromeric regions of autosomes. The sex chromosomes have not found such nucleotide blocks. There is only minor satellite IV block inside Y chromosome short arm.
