[Using diet therapy based on complex assessment of nutritional status in patient with cardiovascular diseases and obesity].

The study involved 120 patients with arterial hypertension and coronary heart disease (CHD). The parameters of metabolic status were investigated. Assessed effects of antiatherogenic diet supplemented with "Normoprotein" on main cardiovascular parameters, parameters of anthropometry, lipid profile parameters.

[Applying method of correlative adaptometry for evaluating of treatment efficiency of obese patients].

By the method of correlative adaptometry was perfomed a treatment of many physiological and biochemical data from patients with different degree of obese and in during dietotherapy treatment. It was shown that weight of correlative graphs of more informative parameters was originally high and parallel with the heave of disease and was decreases during a dietotherapy. It was concluded, that correlative adaptometry is the promising method of evaluation nutrition status and quality of dietotherapy.

[Efficiency of the vegetative tea in diet therapy for patients with obesity associated with diabetes mellitus type 2].

The dynamic of glycemia, insulin, C-peptide, glycosylated hemoglobin, fructosamine, thyroid hormones, parameters of serum lipids, lipid peroxidation and system of antioxidant defense in 81 hospital patients and out-patients with obesity associated with diabetes mellitus type II was studied of influence of hypocaloric diet 9. Universal normalizing influence of hypocaloric diet 9 with vegetation tea was discovered on parameters of carbohydrate, lipid and oxidative metabolism and of patients clinical state of pateni. The additional criteria of evaluation of efficacy of food dietary supplements in complex treatment of patients with obesity associated with diabetes mellitus type II was offered on basis of study of influence vegetation tea on mechanisms of metabolic disorders in these patients.

[Evaluation of the efficacy of biologically active dietary supplements in the diet therapy of patients with diabetes mellitus type II associated with obesity].

The dynamic of glycemia, insulin, C peptide, glycosylated hemoglobin, fructosamine, parameters of serum lipids, lipid peroxidation and system of antioxidant defense in 38 patients with diabetes mellitus type II associated with obesity was studied against hypocaloric diet No. 9 R. Besides favorable influence on a clinical picture of the diseas universal normalizing influence of hypoglycemic hypocaloric diet with food dietary supplement "Temarox" on parameters of carbohydrate, lipid and oxidative metabolism was disclosed.

[Food dietary supplement efficacy in complex therapy of patients with type 2 diabetes with obesity].

The dynamic of glycemia, insulin, C peptide, glycosylated hemoglobin, fructosamine, parameters of serum lipids, lipid peroxidation and system of antioxidant defense in 28 patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 associated with obesity was studied of influence of hypoglycemic hypocaloric diet. Besides favorable influence to a clinical picture of the disease universal normalizing influence of hypoglycemic hypocaloric diet with food dietary supplement "Cogent DB+" on parameters of carbohydrate, lipid and oxidative metabolism. The scheme of investigation of efficacy of food dietary supplements in complex treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 associated with obesity was offered on basis of study of influence "Cogent DB+" on mechanisms of metabolic disorders in these patients.
