[The prognostic importance of rheopulmonography in the diagnosis of thromboembolic complications].

A possibility was analyzed of use of rheopulmonography in the diagnosis of thromboembolic complications. Studies were made as exemplified by examination of patients operated on for abdominal hemorrhages. As a result of multiparametric statistical processing of the analysis results two groups were identified of indices for the state of pulmonary bloodflow and ventilation, effectiveness of alveolar-arterial gas transfer.

[The nonoliguric form of kidney failure in the posthemorrhagic period].

At research of rules of deviations of the parameters homeostasis for patients with bleedings we pursued to find dependence of the parameters of homeostasis from function of kidneys. The researches were carried out in the early posthemorrhagic period on an example of inspection of the patients who were operated concerning gastrointestinal and intraabdominal hemorrhages. Is revealed, that the renal insufficiency, which arose at 23.

[The patterns of oxygen metabolism in the early posthemorrhagic period].

Investigated all links of oxygen homeostasis of patients in early period afterwards surgical stoppage gastro-intestinal bleeding and urgent intravascular volume replacement. Macrodelivery of oxygen (DO2) was reduced in two and more time in comparison with norm predominant in connection with anemia. In spite of the infringement of transport of oxygen through alveolar-capillary membrane (especially in patients with complications and death in early postoperative period), little affected of degree of hemoglobin saturation by oxygen.

[The level of cyclic nucleotides and the activity of their phosphodiesterases in the peripheral blood lymphocytes in lung diseases during endolymphatic antibiotic therapy].

Fifty patients with chronic bronchitis, 30 with lingering pneumonias and 60 with lung abscesses were examined. The status of the system of cyclic nucleotides and functional properties of T lymphocytes depending on different administrations of antibiotics into the patients' body (endolymphatically or intravenously) were studied over time. The degree of the recovery to normal of the functional status of the T system immunity and cyclic nucleotides turned out significantly higher in patients receiving antibiotics endolymphatically than in those given intravenous injections.

[Experience with the use of endolymphatic antibacterial therapy].

In 98 patients with different purulent-inflammatory processes, the method of antegrad endolymphatic antibacterial therapy was used in the complex of treatment. One of the antibiotics (ampicillin, gentamycin, claforan), and metrogyl, dioxydin, contrical, heparin at the routine therapeutic doses 1 time at 24-48 h were introduced into the lymphatic vessel of the lower extremity via a catheter. The duration of treatment depended on the severity of the course of inflammatory process.
