The level of analgesia has been investigated in mice of two genotypes C57BL/6J Bl/6j and CBA/CaLac with the somatic pain caused by the formalin test after irradiation of acupuncture point E-36 by microwaves of low intensity (30-300 GHz, density of a stream of capacity of 3-10-9 B(T)/cm2) on a background entered corvitin (20 mg/kg). It is shown, that the action of these two factors causes significant analgesia with different levels: 43% in C57BL/6J Bl/6j mice and 33% in CBA/CaLac mice. The intensity of analgesia after action of microwaves and corvitin exceeds the level attained during separate use of these factors.

Research of analgesic action of electromagnetic waves (EMWs) of red (1 = 640 +/- 30 nm) and infra-red (1 = 880 +/- 30 nm) light-emitting diodes of device "MEDOLIGHT" on a tonic and acute pain of white outbreed male mice is carried out. The tonic pain was caused by hypodermic injection of 20 ml of 5% formalin solution in a back surface pad of a hinder leg. Acupuncture point (AP) E-36 or the center of pain were exposed to the action of red or infrared light-emitting diodes in cumulative density of steam radiation capacity during 10 min by 26 mWt/ cm2 in continuous or pulse regimen for frequencies 10, 600, 8000 Hz.

In experiments on mice with the tonic pain locus the comparison of analgesia caused by the action of polarized light on an acupuncture point or by two classic analgetics (analginum, tramadol) was performed. The pain was evoked by hypodermic injection of formalin (30 ml of 5% solution) in the plantar region of hindlimb. Intensity of a pain was judged by duration of painful (licking of the pain locus) and non-painful (slipping, eating, running, washing) behavioral reactions for 60 minutes of observation.

Experiments have been performed in control conditions (without any influences), after a subcutaneous injection of 5% formalin solution, and also in a case when animals before an injection of formalin received analgin. An existence of separate functional system of regulation of electromagnetic balance of organism has been substantiated and a working conception of light therapy has been formulated. As a basis, there is a possibility to use the acupuncture points for input of biologically necessary electromagnetic waves into the system of their conductors in a body that might be considered as a transport facility for energy of the polarized electromagnetic waves. It was shown, that the action of polarized light on the acupuncture points (AP) statistically reliable decrease of pain BR (lisking of the locus of a pain), but increase the duration of nonepain BR (sleeping, eating).
