[Analgesia evoked by combined effect of corvitin and low-intensity microwaves on acupuncture points in mice of different genetic strains with somatic pain].

The level of analgesia has been investigated in mice of two genotypes C57BL/6J Bl/6j and CBA/CaLac with the somatic pain caused by the formalin test after irradiation of acupuncture point E-36 by microwaves of low intensity (30-300 GHz, density of a stream of capacity of 3-10-9 B(T)/cm2) on a background entered corvitin (20 mg/kg). It is shown, that the action of these two factors causes significant analgesia with different levels: 43% in C57BL/6J Bl/6j mice and 33% in CBA/CaLac mice. The intensity of analgesia after action of microwaves and corvitin exceeds the level attained during separate use of these factors.

[Action of the red and infrared electromagnetic waves of light-emitting diodes on the behavioral manifestation of somatic pain].

Research of analgesic action of electromagnetic waves (EMWs) of red (1 = 640 +/- 30 nm) and infra-red (1 = 880 +/- 30 nm) light-emitting diodes of device "MEDOLIGHT" on a tonic and acute pain of white outbreed male mice is carried out. The tonic pain was caused by hypodermic injection of 20 ml of 5% formalin solution in a back surface pad of a hinder leg. Acupuncture point (AP) E-36 or the center of pain were exposed to the action of red or infrared light-emitting diodes in cumulative density of steam radiation capacity during 10 min by 26 mWt/ cm2 in continuous or pulse regimen for frequencies 10, 600, 8000 Hz.

[Change in pain reaction by combined action of nitric oxide modulators and low intensity electromagnetic field].

In experiments on mice with the tonic pain caused by introduced of 5% of formalin in hindpaw, are quantitatively measure changes of painful behavioural reaction (PBR) values under action low intensity electromagnetic field (EMF) and substances that modulate activity of NO-synthase system, and at both of these action also. Such substances were used: in quality inhibitor NO-synthase--Nw-nitro-L-arginin (L-NAME), donors NO--sodium nitroprusside (SNP) and sodium nitrite (SN). [Comparative testing of analgesia induced by polarized light and analgetics].

In experiments on mice with the tonic pain locus the comparison of analgesia caused by the action of polarized light on an acupuncture point or by two classic analgetics (analginum, tramadol) was performed. The pain was evoked by hypodermic injection of formalin (30 ml of 5% solution) in the plantar region of hindlimb. Intensity of a pain was judged by duration of painful (licking of the pain locus) and non-painful (slipping, eating, running, washing) behavioral reactions for 60 minutes of observation.

[Sensitivity to tonic pain and analgin in two lines of mice with knockout genotype].

A comparative study of behavioral reactions (licking of back paw, sleeping, eating, running, washing) in mice with a genetic knockout (lines C57BL/6L and CBA/CaLac) and in control animals was carried out. Experiments have been performed in control conditions (without any influences), after a subcutaneous injection of 5% formalin solution, and also in a case when animals before an injection of formalin received analgin. It was established that the behavior of mice with a genetic knockout without any influences statistically authentically differs from mice without genotype infringements.

[The information-wave hypothesis of a pain].

Proofs of existence in organism of two systems of nociceptive stimuli reception are submitted. The first system belongs to the neuro-endocrine system which forms painful reactions, the second one is connected with "alive matrix"--uniform system of the connective tissue which connects an environment through acupuncture points with intercellular space, and also with intracellular structures of each cell. "Alive matrix" carries out the information management of physiological processes and participates in electromagnetoreception, supervising electromagnetic parameters of an organism--"electromagnetic homeostasis".

[Suppression of visceral pain by action of the low intensity polarized light on acupuncture antinociceptive points].

In experiments on mice, statistically authentic weakening of visceral pain has been shown after an action of low intensity polarized light from a device Bioptron on antinociceptive acupuncture points (AP). Pain was caused by an intraperitoneal injection of 2% acetic acid (0.1 ml/10 g).

[Mechanisms of primary reception of electromagnetic waves of optical range].

An existence of separate functional system of regulation of electromagnetic balance of organism has been substantiated and a working conception of light therapy has been formulated. As a basis, there is a possibility to use the acupuncture points for input of biologically necessary electromagnetic waves into the system of their conductors in a body that might be considered as a transport facility for energy of the polarized electromagnetic waves. Zones-recipients are organs having an electromagnetic disbalance due to excess of biologically inadequate radiation and being the targets for peroxide oxidation.

[The examination of the analgetic action of polarized light].

The influence of lowintensive polarized light on pain and nonepain behavioural responses (BR) was studied in experiments on mice with the locus of tonic pain (phormalin test). It was shown, that the action of polarized light on the acupuncture points (AP) statistically reliable decrease of pain BR (lisking of the locus of a pain), but increase the duration of nonepain BR (sleeping, eating). The analgetic effect depends from a choice of AP and ehpozition.
