The suggested rapid method is based on a modification of the microlymphocytotoxic test. The results of a single-stage variant of microlymphocytotoxic test with monoclonal antibodies to T and B cell determinants and subclasses thereof and to NK cells were similar to the results of standard immunofluorescent method, this giving grounds for clinical use of rapid immunodiagnostic method.

Our data were compared with the International standard distribution of class I HLA antigens in orients and its distribution in orients who live in the Asian part of Russia. Indexes of genetic distribution and genetic likeness were calculated.

An increase in the phagocytic and metabolic activity of circulating monocytes was shown to be associated with a degree of the activity of an inflammatory process. A decrease in the level of the expression of HLA antigens class I was established in parallel with the rearrangement of the numerical ratio of cells expressing low and high levels of class II HLA-molecules.
