[Clinico-cytologic aspects of the diagnosis of medullary cancer of the thyroid].

Clinical diagnosis of medullary carcinoma was analysed in 89 patients (6.6% of patients with various thyroid malignancies). Diarrhea as a peculiar clinical symptom was observed in 16% only.
