The recurrence rate in application of radical tactics of surgical treatment in the first operation for differentiated THGC, comparing with such after reoperation, is lesser - (2.7 +/- 1.

[Squamosus cancer of head and neck area. Problems of the surgical treatment of the regional metastasis].

For the cancer of the larynx, pharyngolaryngeal cancer, cancer of the mouth and oropharyngeal cancer next factors have influence for the treatment planning: spreding of the tumor, presence of the regional and distant metastasis and general state of the patient.

[Hormonal correlations in stomach cancer patients].

The urinary excretion of andro- and glucocorticoidogenesis metabolites was studied in 60 patients with gastric cancer (stages II-III and IV). The androgenous activity showed a significant decrease that was manifested in a reduced excretion of 17-ketosteroids (17-KS) and their androgenicity index (AI). With advance of the disease stage androsterone/ethiocholanolon ratio reduced and became less than 1 in most patients.

[The correction of dyslipidemia in breast cancer patients].

A study is presented of 330 patients with cancer of the breast who received a course of radical and restorative treatment. Studied were the dynamics of changes of the content of cholesterol, triglycerids, beta-lipoproteids, its relation with the functional state of lymphocytes and the possible ways of correction of dyslipidemia. The possibility is analyzed of employing dietotherapy, physical loads, drugs in the complex metabolic rehabilitation.
