[Prospects of antimicrobial drugs development on the basis of new synthetic substances].

The literature data concerning different chemical substances effects on microorganisms is considered in this paper. Synthetic substances screening is one of the promising ways of searching for new highly effective antimicrobial drugs. Previously those synthetic substances were not used in the clinical practice separately or in combinations as pharmacological products.
