Study of changes of some microlymphocirculatory parameters on the mesentery of anesthesized female albino rats in application of immunomodulators in 3-4 concentrations showed the following. Lympholin and gordox caused no changes of the studied parameters (tonic activity, rate and amplitude of rhythmic phase activity, rate of lymph flow). With gradual increase of concentration, Tactivin caused a greater constriction of the lymph vessels with a reduction of the amplitude of contractions.

Three series of investigations were carried out in experiments on rabbits with administration under the conjunctiva or by means of electrophoresis of lymphotrophic preparations of different mechanisms of actions with the use of a morphological marker: Gerot's mass and Indian ink jelly with subsequent histological study of the eyeball. Dalargin dilated structured liquorolymphatic drainage ducts of the eye. Terrylythin produced a selective effect on the pigment epithelium of the retina, and mannitol provided penetration of the marker into the retina neurons.

The objective was to study dalargin in experiment and its effect on drainage tracts in norm and with experimental hypertension, modulating secondary glaucoma. Investigations have been made on 82 rabbit eyes. The overall results show, that subconjunctival and electrophoretic dalargin injection of (0.

Lymphopoiesis stimulating drugs were injected into the blood of rabbits bearing Brown-Pearce transplantable tumor. It was found that treatment with mannitol targeted on osmoregulation mechanisms and terrilytin--on blood and lymph coagulation intensified the lymphogenic migration of tumor cells. When used in an experimental series involving endolymphic transplantation of tumor cells, the said drugs promoted tumor cell passage from lymph to blood, which resulted in an increased number of metastasis-bearing animals.

The important role of toxemia in the pathogenesis of cadiogenic shock was demonstrated in 38 experiments on dogs. It was found that the blood becomes toxic later than the lymph. Lymphosorption arrests the progress of toxemia but does not relieve it if it has already developed.

Methods of simultaneous detection of the vitally-essential indices of the hepatic tissue status by injecting neutral red vital dye into the portal vein are described. The liver tissue morphological status, the hepatic cell absorbing capacity, the blood microcirculatory efficacy and the pH shift were assessed on a histological preparation from the liver slice. The dye was extracted from the other portion of the same liver slice and the total amount of the dye absorbed was estimated.
