[The laparoscopic adrenalectomy in children].

22 children with tumors or other surgical diseases of the adrenal glands were operated on laparoscopically. Children aged from 5 months to 17 years. Operation lengths varied from 45 to 190 minutes.

[Laparoscopic heminephrouretherectomy in children with double kidney].

The article revises the first experienced of laparoscopic geminephrouretherectomy in our country. 5 children aged 3-14 years were operated on. In 1 case of double ureter the laparoscopic ureterectomy was performed, the rest 4 patients experienced geminephrouretherectomy (2 left and 2 right).

[Intestinal invagination in children older than one year].

The results of treatment of 51 children at the age over 1 year with intestinal invagination were analysed. Intestinal invagination in them is caused by the organic factors, the course is atypical, clinical signs--as in other acute abdominal diseases. For timely diagnosis of intestinal invagination, it is necessary to use the roentgenological, endoscopic methods of investigation and laparoscopy.
