[Evaluation of vascular modification in hypertensive patients].

Assessment of arterial stiffness for revealing vascular modification in hypertensive patients seems to be an actual problem in clinical practice. 377 patients with arterial hypertension and 232 nonhypertensive subjects were included in the research. The noninvasive technique of investigation of pulse wave velocity (PWV) was used.
