[Evaluation of blood pressure in working population of the Far North].

The authors demonstrate 24 hours' profile of blood pressure for able-bodied healthy population of Far North. The workers and office staffers appeared to have identical blood pressure profiles that are characterized by lower decrease of nightly blood pressure, prevalent morning and two-humped biorhythm.

Restriction map of Escherichia coli chromosome fragment (7.4 MD) carrying proAB genes was constructed. Localization of proA and proB genes on the cloned chromosome fragment was determined by complementation test and the measuring of glutamylkinase activity (proB gene product).
