Presentation Of Case: A 31 years-old man was referred to our department for a mandibular chronic discomfort during an acute exacerbation, a pathologic mandibular fracture.
Introduction: Congenital hypoplasia of the depressor anguli oris muscle is a rare mimic disorder depicted by a lower lip asymmetry apparent when laughing or crying.
Presentation Of Case: A 10-year-old boy consulted our department for an asymmetry when opening his mouth. According to the family, this asymmetry was present since birth.
Introduction: The mandible is an infrequent localisation of primary osseous non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. Few cases of mandibular non-Hodgkin's lymphomas (NHL) have been reported.
Case Report: A rare condition of primary malignant non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the mandible in 53-year-old man, was reported at the Department of Maxillofacial and Plastic Surgery in Charles Nicolle Hospital (Tunis, Tunisia).

Infantile cutaneous hemangioma is a benign vascular tumour present at 10% of the infants.
