Expression of CXCR7 in colorectal adenoma and adenocarcinoma: Correlation with clinicopathological parameters.

Unlabelled: Colorectal carcinoma (CRC) is one of the most lethal malignancies, it ranks third in cancer-related morbidity and mortality. Although great progress has been made in early diagnosis and combined treatment of CRC, the prognosis of patients remains poor owing to the high rate of recurrence and distant metastasis. CXCR7 belongs to chemokine receptor family and has been identified as a novel receptor for CXCL12.
