Objective: This study evaluates various craniospinal irradiation (CSI) techniques used in Turkish centers to understand their advantages, disadvantages and overall effectiveness, with a focus on enhancing dose distribution.

Methods: Anonymized CT scans of adult and pediatric patients, alongside target volumes and organ-at-risk (OAR) structures, were shared with 25 local radiotherapy centers. They were tasked to develop optimal treatment plans delivering 36 Gy in 20 fractions with 95% PTV coverage, while minimizing OAR exposure.

Objective: To compare dosimetric and radiobiological terms of modified dynamic conformal arc therapy (mDCAT) and volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT) techniques using different flattening-filter free (FFF) energies in patients with single adrenal metastasis.

Methods: In this study, plans were prepared for 10 patients drawing on the mDCAT and VMAT techniques with 6MV-FFF and 10MV-FFF energies. Target volume doses, biological effective doses (BED), quality indices, Monitor Unit (MU), number of segments, beam-on time and critical organ doses were compared in the plans.

Purpose: To report the feasibility, accuracy, and reliability of volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT)-based total-body irradiation (TBI) treatment in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).

Materials And Methods: From 2015 to 2018, 30 patients with AML or ALL were planned and treated with VMAT-based TBI, which consisted of three isocenters and three overlapping arcs. TBI dose was prescribed to 90% of the planning treatment volume (PTV) receiving 12 Gy in six fractions, at two fractions per day.
