First case report of feline sporotrichosis caused by in the state of Ceará - Brazil.

Feline sporotrichosis is a zoonotic mycosis caused by fungi belonging to the complex. In the state of Ceará, there are no reports of isolation of this fungus in cats. This study presents the first report of feline sporotrichosis caused by the species in the state of Ceará - Brazil.
