We report the case of a 13-year-old girl with squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the tongue. Fanconi anemia with a yet unknown complementation group had been diagnosed at the age of 5 years. Organ involvement included intestinal atresia, renal dysfunction due to crossed renal atopia, and tubular acidosis type II.
