Pulmonary metastasis of struma ovarii: a case report.

We report the case of a 42-year-old woman who presented with multiple pulmonary nodules. Surgical resection of 3 nodules revealed differentiated thyroid carcinoma. Thyroid and neck ultrasound was normal.
