The goal-oriented collaborative approach with postural management strategies intervention via telehealth for children with non-ambulant cerebral palsy: Feasibility randomized clinical trial protocol.

Introduction: Children with non-ambulant Cerebral Palsy (CP), have limitations in terms of self-mobility and require the use of assistive technology with extensive adaptations. However, purchasing assistive technology equipment is expensive and difficult to access in low- and middle-income countries, like Brazil. Guidelines recommend a postural management program to children with CP and emphasize the need for high doses of practice to achieve functional goals.

Hybrid developmental follow-up for preterm infants in Brazil: A feasibility study.

Introduction: The low attendance of families in child developmental follow-up programs for at-risk preterm children is a challenge in Brazil.

Objective: This study evaluates the feasibility of implementing a developmental follow-up program for Brazilian preterm infants in a hybrid format.

Methods: This is an observational, prospective cohort study, involving preterm infants.

Predictive validity of the Denver developmental screening test (Denver-II) to detect risk of developmental coordination disorder in preterm children.

Introduction: The Denver-II is widely used as a screening tool, however, no studies were found about its validity to predict the risk of Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD) in preterm children.

Objective: To verify the predictive validity and accuracy of the Denver-II to identify the risk of DCD in preterm children.

Methods: Methodological study with 121 preterm children, evaluated with the Denver-II at ages 1, 2, 3, 4 and/or 5 years and with the Movement Assessment Battery for Children (MABC-2) at 7 years.

Fisioterapia em crianças com paralisia cerebral no Brasil: uma revisão de escopo.

Objetivo: Identificar e avaliar os estudos publicados sobre fisioterapia em crianças e adolescentes brasileiros com paralisia cerebral (PC), usando o modelo da Classificação Internacional de Funcionalidade, Incapacidade e Saúde (CIF). MÉTODO: Artigos em inglês e português publicados até outubro de 2020, sem restrição de data, foram pesquisados em diferentes bases bibliográficas. Foram extraídos dados sobre as características do estudo, métricas do periódico, características da amostra, domínios da CIF explorados a partir dos componentes e desfechos das intervenções.

Physical therapy in children with cerebral palsy in Brazil: a scoping review.

Aim: To identify and assess published studies concerning physical therapy in Brazilian children and adolescents with cerebral palsy (CP) using the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) framework.

Method: Articles in English and Portuguese published until October 2020, with no date restrictions, were searched in several different databases. Study characteristics, journal metrics, sample characteristics, and ICF domains explored intervention components and outcomes were extracted.
