[Sarcomatoid carcinoma of the nasal cavity: a case report and review of the literature].

Spindle cell carcinoma of the nasal cavity is a rare variant of squamous cell carcinoma. We report a case of a 50 year-old male presenting with a polypoid mass in the left nasal cavity. Histologically, the tumor was biphasic, composed of non-keratinizing squamous nests and a sarcomatoid stroma with positivity for CKAE1-AE3.
