Objective: Aim: To investigate the influence of judo club activities on the physical development indicators of 16-17-year-old young males.
Patients And Methods: Materials and Methods: The research, conducted in 2022-2024, involved 54 young males aged 16-17, who were divided into experimental (EG) and control (CG) groups of 27 each. The physical development was assessed by body weight, hand dynamometry, lung capacity, heart rate, and blood pressure indicators.
