This study explores Ultra-Orthodox Jewish women's attitudes toward video-consultation usage in Israeli primary care settings. In-depth interviews were conducted with twenty-two women from diverse Ultra-Orthodox communities in Israel, using interpretative phenomenological analysis. Despite traditionally limited digital tool usage, participants showed readiness for video-consultations' adoption through dedicated 'kosher' medical devices.

Background: As primary care is an important infrastructure for the entire health system, the employment structure choices of family physicians-whether to work in a managed care organization or be self-employed, can impact all effectiveness parameters of healthcare: quality, access, health equity, patients' experiences, and cost-effectiveness. The aim of this study is to assess the push and pull factors influencing family physicians' employment choices.
Methods: This study employed a qualitative approach to explore the experiences of family physicians (FPs) who choose to work a self-employment practice.
Background: Despite its innovative benefits, the adoption of video consultations (VCs) in primary care settings is complex and slow.
Objectives: To quantify the preferences of key stakeholders in Israel's primary care-patients, primary care practitioners, and policy makers-regarding VCs compared with traditional in-clinic consultations (ICC) in nonurgent conditions.
Methods: Discrete choice experiment surveys were completed by 508 patients, 311 physicians, and 141 policy makers.
Although some correlates of primary care physicians (PCPs) telemedicine adoption have been studied, little is known about whether the intention to use video-consultations (VCs) relates to how PCPs view their power, relative to other stakeholder groups in primary care. The aim of this study was (1) to describe PCPs', patients', and policy makers' (PMs) views of their power and (2) to explore how PCPs views of power are associated with their intention to use VC. A convergent parallel mixed-methods design was used.

They also contribute to higher patient satisfaction and improved resource management. Despite these benefits, VC integration into the health system is complex and slow.
