Unusual presentation of gallstones.

Gallstones are usually asymptomatic in the majority of patients. Gallstones can migrate through a cholecysto-duodenal fistula and may cause an intestinal obstruction anywhere along the gastrointestinal tract. The obstruction usually occurs at the level of the ileocecal valve.
