The purpose of this clinical case was to test the efficacy and safety of the long-pulsed 1064-nm neodymium-YAG laser in the treatment of multiple angiokeratomas on the labia majora of the vulva. Benign vascular neoplasms known as angiokeratomas are characterized by well-defined, hyperkeratotic, reddish-black papules, or plaques. The patient underwent one treatment session with a long-pulsed 1064-nm neodymium-YAG laser.

Acne vulgaris is a persistent inflammatory condition affecting the sebaceous unit, in whose pathophysiology the Propionibacterium acnes (P. acnes) play an important role, and that can have major psychological effects. The current study aims to investigate the safety and efficacy of an innovative fractional microneedle radiofrequency (RFMN) device for acne management in adolescents.

It represents an aspecific and persistent pain with no apparent clinical reason, affecting an estimated 6% to 16% of women worldwide. This study aimed to evaluate with validated questionnaires the efficacy and the safeness of a new device that uses Top flat Magnetic Stimulation for the management of muscular hypertonia in women with CCP.

Myostatin, which prevents the growth of muscles, is a protein expressed by human skeletal muscle cells. Indeed, it has been observed that myostatin concentration rises during skeletal muscle inactivity and that suppressing serum myostatin promotes muscle growth and strength.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of laser stimulation with a 675-nm wavelength for the treatment of AGA in male and female Indian patients.
Methods: A total of 20 Indian healthy patients aged 23-57 years who presented a grade of alopecia stage I to stage V underwent one single pass with a 675-nm laser to the scalp area twice a week for a total of 8 sessions, followed by once a week for 4 sessions and once in 2 weeks for 2 sessions.
Background: The market requires ever-faster techniques, in particular for pre-rejuvenation condition.
Aim: The purpose of this study was to assess if a fractional CO scanner modality (called moveo) results in a faster full-face rejuvenation treatment in comparison to the standard mode, currently existing in the scanner system.
Materials And Methods: A total of 12 female patients affected by fine lines participated in a split-face clinical investigation and underwent to two sessions with a fractional CO laser system equipped with an existing and a faster dedicated scanner units.
This study provided clinical findings supporting the use of combination techniques/products and Nd:YAP 1340 nm fractional laser therapy, for soft-tissue augmentation in light- and darker-skin phototypes. The face's aging process is complex and involves skin alterations, connective tissues, bone, and fat layers of the face. A total of 17 female patients were treated for wrinkles and for scars with the use of Nd:YAP 1340 nm fractional laser combined with other cosmetic therapies.

We evaluated the efficacy and safety of a laser-assisted lipolysis (LAL) device emitting 1444 nm for the treatment of pseudogynecomastia.
Methods: A total of 9 male patients diagnosed with pseudogynecomastia underwent laser procedure with a Nd:YAG laser emitting at 1444 nm.
: Facial telangiectasias is a prevalent cosmetic disorder that can be associated with several conditions such as rosacea. IPL (intensity pulsed light) therapy is commonly used for the treatment of vascular lesions. This study tested the efficacy of an IPL system emitting selected vascular chromophore-specific wavelengths in the range of 500-1200 nm for the treatment of vascular lesions.

Fractional, or fractionated, carbon dioxide (CO₂) laser therapy uses narrow shafts of light to smooth the skin surface and stimulate dermal collagen, which tightens the skin. This case report describes a 57-year-old woman with a traumatic hypertrophic scar of the face treated with fractional carbon dioxide laser therapy.

Background: Patients with keloids are often younger than 30 years old and have darker skin.
Aim: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of CO laser therapy in the management of earlobe and helix keloids in dark subjects.
Methods: A total of 21 dark patients (five men and 16 women) presented with the earlobe and ear helix keloids, with a mean age of 30.
: Acne scars are one of the most disturbing and long-term symptoms of acne vulgaris, having a negative impact on a person's physical, emotional, and social well-being. : the purpose of the study was to evaluate the efficacy and post-treatment outcomes of a dual-wavelength system combining the irradiation of two wavelengths at 10,600 nm and 1540 nm in the management of facial atrophic acne scars. : Four healthy adult volunteers aged 24-53 years were enrolled.
