: Severe form of haemophilia in women is an extremely rare condition. Owing to the rarity of the disease there are no precise recommendations concerning the optimal management of pregnancy and delivery in these patients. We are reporting the clinical course and management of a 30-year-old woman with a severe form of haemophilia A (factor VIII <1 IU/dl) during her first pregnancy and delivery.
