Introduction And Hypothesis: The proximity of the pudendal nerve to the sacrospinous ligaments (SSLs) can lead to serious complications during sacrospinous ligament fixation (SSLF). This case series is aimed at providing an overview of the anatomy of the pudendal nerve, including insights from cadaver dissections and discussions on rare variations observed during these dissections.
Methods: Dissections were conducted on five female cadavers using a posterior gluteal approach on both sides.
Objective: The aim of the study was to investigate the effectiveness of intravaginal Er:YAG laser for treating atrophic vaginitis in postmenopausal women utilizing shear wave elastography.
Methods: In this prospective randomized sham-controlled double-blind pilot study, 20 participants were included (laser group [n = 12] / sham-control group [n = 8]). A nonablative (Smooth mode) Er:YAG laser with a wavelength of 2,940 nm was used.
Objective: Our aim was to show that anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) may be used as a quantitative marker of ovarian reserve in Turkish girls aged 18 years and younger and establish the reference values for AMH in Turkish girls.
Material And Methods: This retrospective study included girls between 8-18 years old, without premature ovarian failure or without genetic factors resulting in ovarian dysgenesis. Blood specimens were collected after overnight fasting early in the morning during the early follicular phase.

Objective: The aim of this study was to analyze the surgical content of the 50 most-viewed laparoscopic myomectomy videos on YouTube while evaluating the educational quality and accuracy of the videos.
Methods: In this cross-sectional study, the keyword "laparoscopic myomectomy" was searched in publicly available content on YouTube, and the videos were sorted by view count using YouTube's advanced search options. Out of the first 66 videos, only 50 were eligible according to our selection criteria.
Objectives: We aimed to demonstrate the difference between premenopausal and postmenopausal women in respect of the clinical course and outcomes of Covid-19. We investigated the epidemiological and hormonal factors which influence the severity of the disease.
Study Design: This observational cross-sectional study included the female patients admitted to a Covid-19 outpatient clinic between July 2020 and June 2021 and diagnosed with a positive polymerase chain reaction test.
