Purpose Of Review: Crohn's disease is a relapsing inflammatory condition and disease recurrence after surgery is common. Significant variation in clinical practice remains despite progress in management of postoperative Crohn's disease. In this review, we summarise current management strategies and guidelines, unmet needs, and research progress in this field.

Background And Purpose: Brainomix e-Stroke is an artificial intelligence-based decision support tool that aids the interpretation of CT imaging in the context of acute stroke. While e-Stroke has the potential to improve the speed and accuracy of diagnosis, real-world validation is essential. The aim of this study was to prospectively evaluate the performance of Brainomix e-Stroke in an unselected cohort of patients with suspected acute ischaemic stroke.

Background: Brain tumour patients see their primary care doctor on average three or more times before diagnosis, so there may be an opportunity to identify 'at risk' patients earlier. Suspecting a brain tumour diagnosis is difficult because brain tumour-related symptoms are typically non-specific.

Methods: We explored the predictive value of referral guidelines (Kernick and NICE 2005) for brain imaging where a tumour is suspected, in a population-based patient group referred for direct access CT of the head.
