HEMATOLOGICAL CHANGES AFTER INTRODUCTION OF DIFFERENT SIZES LEAD NANOPARTICLES (IN EXPERIMENT).

Objective: The aim: Was to compare the changes in hematological parameters of blood in the conditions of prolonged exposure of lead sulfide nanoparticles (NP) of different sizes and of lead nitrate.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The study was conducted on mature male Wistar rats 160-180 g, intraperitoneally injected with Pb(NO3)2 and NP PbS of 26-34 nm and 50-80 nm in 0,94 mg/kg/day dose adjusted to lead. Toxic effects were evaluated after 1,5 months, 3 months and 1 month after exposure.
