We presents an unique and significant case of Acute Generalized Exanthematous Pustulosis (AGEP) associated with the use of tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor for erectile dysfunction. AGEP, typically linked to antibiotics and antiepileptics, had not been previously reported with tadaladil in the MEDLINE database. The case involved a 40-year-old male who developed an erythematous rash, fever and sterile pustules after starting tadalafil.
