Introduction-aim: Flexible insulin therapy is currently considered the gold standard therapy of type 1 diabetes. We aimed to study the evolution of glycemic control, weight and nutritional intake of a group of patients with type 1 diabetes, three months after the initiation of functional insulin therapy (FIT).

(1) Background: Magnesium deficiency is usually associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Individuals living with T2DM with hypomagnesemia show a more rapid disease progression and have an increased risk for diabetes complications. (2) Methods: This is a cross-sectional and descriptive study in the National Institute of Nutrition and Food Technology of Tunis in Tunisia, including all adult outpatients (≥18 years old) with a diagnosis of T2DM from 1 September 2018 to 31 August 2019.

Background: Anorexia nervosa is a complex psychiatric illness that can lead to severe physical complications.

Objective: This work aimed to study the approach taken by the child psychiatry service of Razi hospital in the management of anorexia nervosa and to compare it with international recommendation.

Methods: We propose to illustrate by a case report and review international recommendations on this topic while undertaking a review of the literature based on a Medline search using the following keywords: anorexia, nervosa adolescence, management, guidelines.
