Introduction: Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) derived from natural sources have garnered significant attention due to their unique properties and eco-friendly production methods. With lung cancer remaining a major global health issue, there is a continuous need for novel and effective therapeutic approaches beyond conventional treatments such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies.
Objective: This study aims to synthesize AgNPs using plant extracts from Gymnema sylvestre, Moringa oleifera, and Azadirachta indica and to evaluate their anticancer activity, particularly their effects on gene expression in A549 lung cancer cells.

The formation of in situ generated AgNPs on the surface of the NGFs was studied using scanning electron microscope (SEM), high resolution transmission electron microscope (HR-TEM), Energy dispersive X-ray spectroscope (EDX) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscope (XPS). The HR-TEM analysis indicated the presence of spherical AgNPs on the surface of the fillers with a size ranging from 10 to 100 nm but majority of them in the 11 to 20 nm range.

The interactions of Pr(III) with nucleosides and nucleotides have been studied in different organic solvents employing absorption difference and comparative absorption spectrophotometry. The magnitudes of the variations in both energy and intensity interaction parameters were used to explore the degree of outer and inner sphere co-ordination, incidence of covalency and the extent of metal 4f-orbital involvement in chemical bonding.
