Evidence of intrauterine device insertion by nurses in Primary Health Care: an integrative review.

Objectives: to synthesize and analyze evidence on intrauterine device insertion by nurses in Primary Health Care.

Methods: an integrative review, carried out in the BDENF, CINAHL, LILACS, SciELO, Scopus, PubMed and Web of Science databases in June 2022, delimiting the period from 1960 to 2022.

Results: 141 articles were identified in the initial search, and 10 studies made up the final sample.

Integrative and complementary practices in Primary Care: unveiling health promotion.

Objective: to understand the use of integrative and complementary practices as a health promotion action.

Method: qualitative study, action-participant type, with the application of Paulo Freire's Research Itinerary, in which 30 Primary Health Care professionals participated. Thematic research was developed with two Primary Care Units, one that used integrative and complementary practices in daily life and another that focused more on allopathic concepts of assistance.

Integrative and complementary practices in the Unified Health System: unveiling potentials and limitations.

Objective: To understand the perception of professionals in the Family Health Strategy and the Family Health Support Center units regarding the use of integrative and complementary practices in the Unified Health System, revealing potentials and limitations.

Method: A qualitative and participatory study articulated using a dialogical methodological reference performed in Culture Circles with professionals of a municipality of the South of Brazil. The disclosure was carried out concurrently with the participation of the respondents.

[Academic international cultural exchange: an experience of personal and scientific growth].

This study aimed to describe the student experience to integrate an international academic mobility program during undergraduate nursing. It is reported academic experience in Portugal, Algarve University, made possible by the Federal University of Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. The experience of exchange performed within six months, enabled the acquisition of new scientific knowledge and cultural rights, including innovations in healthcare technology, development of research and academic links.
