This study investigates the use of pH-responsive nanogels for delivering Bosutinib (BOSU) in colon cancer treatment. Nanogels were formulated using three polymers: hyaluronic acid (HA), carboxymethyl dextran (CMD), and gelatin methacryloyl (GelMA). These nanogels achieved high drug entrapment efficiencies (80-90%) through polymer mixing with BOSU, followed by EDC/NHS cross-linking and sonication.

There is an increased chance of further periodontal deterioration due to severe intrabony defect. There are s different patho physiologies for perio-endo lesions, ranging from quite basic to rather complicated but to make the right diagnosis, one must be aware of various illness processes also a careful history taking, examination, and the application of specialized tests can help achieve this. Each form of endodontic-periodontal illness has a different prognosis and course of therapy and all kinds of endo-perio lesions require endodontic and periodontal treatments are necessary for primary periodontal disease with subsequent endodontic involvement and real mixed endodontic-periodontal disorders.

Background: Studies suggest that continuous long-term use of patiromer by patients with hyperkalemia is associated with less health care resource utilization compared with not using potassium binders.

Objective: To retrospectively evaluate health care resource utilization and costs with longer-term adherent vs short-term use of patiromer.

Methods: Time-restricted extracts from Optum's de-identified Clinformatics Data Mart Database (CDM; January 2016-May 2019) and Symphony Health (SHA; January 2016-September 2018) deidentified databases were analyzed.

Objectives In this study, we aimed to examine and analyze liver abnormalities among patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), including both newly diagnosed patients and those being followed up, as well as the prevalence of lupus hepatitis. Methods This was a prospective observational study. Clinical data, liver function tests (LFTs), and the findings from the ultrasonography of the abdomen among the patients were prospectively recorded and evaluated.

Hypothesis: We present a systematic study of the "smart water" induced wettability alteration. This process is believed to be greatly affected by the brine salinity and the presence of Mg and SO in the brine.

Experiments And Modelling: To characterize the wettability alteration, we perform spontaneous imbibition measurement using Indiana limestone cores and a model oil with added naphthenic acid.

Microfluidic porous media systems are used for various applications ranging from chemical molecule detection to enhanced oil recovery studies. Absolute permeability data of the microfluidic porous media are important for those applications. However, it is a significant challenge to measure the permeability due to the difficulty in accurately measuring the ultra-low pressure drop across the pore network.
