Methods: A descriptive, observational, and retrospective analysis of 95 medicolegal exhumations carried out over two years, examining demographic data, the interval between death and exhumation, putrefactive changes, and the determination of the cause of death.

Applications of dry chain technology to maintain high seed viability in tropical climates.

UAV has a great potential to address the problem involved in manual chemicals spraying in tall crops like coconut plantation where at present operation performed by manual climbing involves lots of drudgery and life risk. The current study aimed to understand the most influencing spraying parameters, such as spray height and spray time of the UAV sprayer on droplet characteristics such as spray droplet size, spray coverage and spray deposition at different layers (spindle, middle and bottom) of coconut tree canopy.

Background: Differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) requires long-term follow-up due to the risk of delayed recurrence. Follow-up surveillance involves serial neck ultrasound (US) and thyroglobulin (Tg); however, the optimal frequency and diagnostic performance of neck US outside of specialized thyroid cancer centres in higher risk patients is not well defined. We sought to evaluate the diagnostic performance of US and serial Tg in advanced stage DTC.

Summary: ACTH-secreting pituitary adenomas causing Cushing's disease (CD) typically present with weight gain, whereas weight loss and hypokalemia in endogenous Cushing's patients are suggestive of ectopic ACTH production. We report a case of CD presenting with atypical features of marked weight loss and hypokalemia. A 75-year-old female was admitted to the hospital with a history of profound weight loss, associated with uncontrolled hypertension, hyperglycemia, severe proximal muscle weakness, and hypokalemia.

Uniform dragon fruit samples underwent thorough analysis for proximate composition, mineral content, pigments, antioxidants, and vitamin C, with statistical methods used to assess significant differences among the parameters studied.

Background: Physical health inequalities of people with serious mental illness (SMI) have been labelled an international scandal; due to the 15-20-year reduction in life expectancy associated with poor physical health. This occurs at an early stage and evidence shows young people with and at risk for SMI are a particularly vulnerable group requiring intervention and support. However, most work has been conducted with adults and little is known about what affects physical health for young people, specifically those receiving inpatient care.
