Anglomyolipoma is a benign kidney tumour that may be an isolated lesion or associated especially with tuberous sclerosis. The advancement of imaging technology allows a correct diagnosis in most cases before surgery. Chyluria is the passage of chyle into the urine giving it a typical milky appearance, it's due to a communication between lymphatic and urinary system.
