[Organ donation after death in Moroccan population].

Introduction: Morocco stays far behind other countries in the domain of organ donation and transplantation. Improving the knowledge of Moroccan students, about organ donation and transplantation, can be a key factor in the development of transplant activity. The aim of this study is to evaluate the knowledge, attitudes and beliefs of students concerning organ donation and transplantation.

[Unusual acute encephalopathy in a young patient with end-stage renal disease].

Posterior reversible encephalopathy represents a neurotoxic state which can be associated to different pathological situations. The key to diagnosis are characteristic features on magnetic resonance imaging and rapidly evolving neurological symptoms if recognized and treated rapidly. Arterial hypertension and preeclampsia are the main causes of posterior reversible encephalopathy.
