Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT) is a rare entity and a diagnostic challenge with myriad clinical presentations and pathogenetic mechanisms. Isolated occurrences can be at any site in the body; however, only a few cases of IMT with the concomitant appearance of different organs have been published. We report a unique occurrence of bilateral inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor of the lungs with synchronous brain parenchymal lesions in an 11-year-old male, detailing clinical presentation with the emphasis on imaging and review of the literature.

Objective: To determine the patterns of peritoneal involvement in patients with abdominopelvic malignancies.
Study Design: Retrospective observational study.
Place And Duration Of Study: Shifa International Hospital, Islamabad, Pakistan, from May 2004 to May 2012.
Objective: To evaluate the results of uterine fibroid embolisation as a treatment option for symptomatic uterine fibroids in the local population.
Methods: The retrospective study was done at the Department of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology, Shifa International Hospital, Islamabad, and comprised records of 12 patients with symptomatic uterine fibroids who had undergone uterine fibroid embolisation with the use of polyvinyl alcohol between May 2008 and July 2012. All of these patients had been assessed by a gynaecologist.
Objective: To analyse inter-observer variation between a neuroradiologist and neurosurgeon in the MRI diagnosis of lumbar nerve root compression. Although lumbar MFI is primarily analyzed and reported by a radiologist, neurosurgeons often analyse it independently as they have sufficient clinical background as well as radiological expertise to diagnose most spinal pathologies on Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
Methods: Retrospective analysis was carried out for images of 54 patients who underwent MRI between March and July 2010 of lumbar spine with suspected lumbar disc herniation and nerve root compression, at Aga Khan Hospital, Karachi, Pakistan.

Methods: A prospective cross-sectional study was conducted from 20-01-2007 to 30-06-2008 at the Radiology department, Aga Khan University Hospital (AKUH) Karachi. Fifty-three patients with solitary pulmonary lesions (SPLs) seen in prior chest x-rays or chest CT scans were referred to radiology department for CT guided biopsy.
The molar tooth sign is seen in very few conditions and is a very rare paediatric central nervous system congenital anomaly. Molar tooth sign is the result of cerebellar vermis hypoplasia, thick and maloriented superior cerebellar peduncles, and an abnormally deep interpeduncular fossa. In Joubert syndrome this is seen in about 85% of patients.
