Background: Tyrosine kinase inhibitors have been used to treat hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), but the outcomes of patients under treatment vary. Since the roles of clinicopathological aspects and markers of chronic inflammation/immune homeostasis in the outcome of HCC patients treated with sorafenib are still unclear, these were the aims of this study.
Methods: Patients with alcohol-induced and/or hepatitis C virus (HCV)-induced HCC (n = 182) uniformly treated with sorafenib were included in the study.

Since the beginning of the history of transplants, numerous difficulties have been faced in the effective implementation of this therapeutic practice, especially with regard to the transplantation of solid organs and their teaching and training, together with the time of removal and transplantation of the organ that directly influences the results of the transplant surgical procedure. The objective of this research was to demonstrate the results found on the process of using green indocyanine during the invention of the Automatic Portable Surgical Communication Equipment with the Robot R1T1 (APSCERR), as well as to demonstrate its capabilities in the medical area of organ transplantation. Biochemical exams, liver profile exams, and mitochondrial breathing exams were performed on the control group and on the indocyanine group.

The authors present their technique, which combines a number of techniques already described in the literature regarding repositioning of the nipple-areola complex, reduction of the diameter of the base of the breast, and long-term retention of mammary cone projection. This study evaluated the results for patients of various ages and phenotypes in terms of scar dimensions, breast positioning, and patient satisfaction in the short, medium, and long terms.
