This study describes the design of a flexible narrowband organic photodiode (OPDs) with a novel structure. A bulk heterojunction of poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl) (P3HT) and [6,6]-phenyl-C70-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) is introduced as a photoactive layer, with an optimized thickness of 160 nm, and a MoO/Ag/MoO (MAM) multilayer electrode and polyimide (PI) film substrate were used. The OPD with the device architecture of PI/MAM/P3HT:PCBM/Al showed narrowband photodiode performance in the 500-650 nm wavelength range.

Based on the DFT calculations of the intermolecular interactions between the NF-based filter media and water molecules, the PAN-NF filter is expected to exhibit the best performance in the wet state. Experiment studies also successfully demonstrate that the PAN-NF filter medium has better performance in the filtration of particulate matter (PM) than a commercial semi-high efficiency particulate air filter under wet conditions, and these results are in good agreement with the DFT calculation.

This paper focuses on nano-morphology-controlled small-molecule organic solar cells without solvent treatment for high power-conversion efficiencies (PCEs). The maximum high PCE reaches up to 7.22% with a bulk-heterojunction (BHJ) thickness of 320 nm.

The solution-processed fullerene-free organic photodiodes show an almost spectrally flat response with a high responsivity (0.4 A W(-1)) and a high detectivity (1 × 10(12) Jones).
