[Mesenteric panniculitis associated with acute pancreatitis: about a case].

Mesenteric panniculitis is a nonspecific inflammation involving the mesentery. Its clinical presentation is variable depending on the stage of the disease. Clinical signs are usually pain but half of the patients remain asymptomatic.
